Hi, I’m Kionna Howell, LPC, and founder of Peace of Mind Therapy and Wellness.

 

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for individuals who are ready to feel safe in their bodies again. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation, I help clients process trauma, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more grounded way.

 

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in understanding how trauma lives in both the mind and body. Together, we work at your pace creating safety first, then supporting meaningful and lasting healing.
