As the year comes to a close, give yourself permission to pause, reconnect, and release.
Join us for an intentional drum circle experience designed to create space for slowing down, self-expression, and connection.
Through guided drumming, mindfulness, and reflection, we will explore how rhythm can support grounding, emotional release, and letting go of the expectations and tension we may be carrying.
This workshop is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, connect with yourself and others, and enter the new year with greater intention.
No drumming or musical experience is necessary. All instruments will be provided.
